He serves both publicly and privately held companies in various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, life sciences, not-for-profit and higher education, technology, and retail. Many of his current and past clients have significant international operations.Alfredo has worked on several initial public and secondary offerings, including conducting periodic filings for his clients during this period. His experience also includes performing industry-specific business and process risk assessments. He has also performed numerous internal systems and control projects for his clients. Alfredo is a member of BDO’s National Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Industry Practices and is involved in various other national firm initiatives. Alfredo is fluent in both English and Spanish. |
